How to Register on SARAL Haryana Portal?
To register on the Saral Haryana Portal, please follow these steps:
- Visit saralharyana.gov.in.
- Click "New User? Register Here" on the homepage.
- Enter your full name, email address, and mobile number.
- Create a password and select your State.
- Verify your mobile number with the OTP received.
- Your account is created. Log in with your credentials to access services.

- Enter your Department, Service Name, and Application Reference ID.
- Click "Check Status" to view current progress – Submitted, Under Review, Approved, or Rejected.
How to Download the Certificate?
- Log in to your SARAL Haryana account.
- Go to "View Status of Application" from the menu.
- Find the approved application and click "Delivered" > "Certificate" > Download Certificate.
- Save the certificate – it carries a digital signature and is valid for official use.
How to Book an Appointment for SARAL Kendra?
Follow the steps below to generate your token number on the Saral Haryana portal:
- Go to saralharyana.gov.in. Click > "Book Appointment for SARAL Kendra".
- Enter your Family ID and click "Get Data" to auto-fill your details.
- Select your Gender, enter your Mobile Number and Address.
- Choose your District and nearest Saral Kendra.
- Select the required Scheme/Service from the dropdown.
- Click "Get Token No." to generate your token, print it and visit your nearest Saral Kendra.
How to Check Your Eligibility?
The portal provides an eligibility checker so you can find the right schemes before applying:
- On the homepage, click the "Check Eligibility" tab.
- Select parameters such as Gender, Age, Caste Category, Occupation, Annual Income, and Service / Scheme Sector.
- Click "Get".

How to Register for Haryana Family ID?
You can register online from home, or get help at any SARAL Kendra or CSC center near you. Here is the step-by-step online process:
- Open the official portal: ppp-office.haryana.gov.in.
- Click "Citizen Login" on the homepage.
- When asked if you have a Family ID, choose "No" to start a new registration.
- Enter the Aadhaar number of the family head. An OTP will be sent to the Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
- Enter the OTP to verify. Your name, date of birth, and other basic details will be auto-filled from Aadhaar.
- Fill in the remaining details carefully – other family members' names, Aadhaar numbers, occupation, education level, income, and address.
- Upload the required documents (PDF, under 200 KB each).
- Review everything and click "Submit".
- You will get a Temporary Family ID (starting with "T") right away. Save this number – you will need it to track your application status.
